Limits: 200 projects per workspace, 100 checklist items, 60 photos and 50 changes per project. Saved data belongs to the signed-in account; Crew invitations use separate sign-in accounts and only grant access to assigned projects. Customer request links are unlisted access links. Internal costs are excluded; anyone holding a link can respond, so confirm customer identity separately.
